Realizations of Spirit

Universal spirit within each cell of the body becomes energized

            Lean, clean, and simple

            Body and mind alive with spirit 

            The past is gone, the future open, indeterminate, and out of sightt

     There is no boundary between person and the universe, it is all of a piece and blends together, as diffusion in and out, like vapor into air, or liquid into water, becoming homogeneous in the blending. 

     A human transfused, empowered with the spirit of the universe, who feels its breath as a breeze blowing through body, mind, and spirit, is realized in fullness, and eternal in that moment, liberated from chains of time and convention.

    This is possible any moment by sloughing off the biases and burden of self-consciousness and self-importance and thereby connecting with the spiritual center that lies latent within. 

     Freed from the burdens and biases of self, this spiritual center connects with and is energized by kindred and harmonic spirits, which are pervasive in nature – earth, sky, and all living things. 

     The energy spreads from the connection at the spiritual center to every neuron, fiber, and blood cell, refreshing and renewing the whole being in radiance and grace.

     Mind, spirit, and body too become conduits of universal truth with transcendent power and modes of expression.

     One merely has to let it flow through one’s open and unobstructed faculties to paint the sky and move the earth.

     Particles of the atoms, and the atoms themselves, within, which are the same as the particles and atoms without, swirl and collide with energy and atomic bits of power, cumulating in rhythm and harmony with a melody so vast and divine that it can only be approximated with mundane notes, motions, and notions.

     Spirit lifts the body and body lifts the spirit, with energy of the drumbeat pulsation of particles against vessel and organ walls in momentous rhythmic progression.
